Overview

It is an asphalt mixture that uses a special additive "Foamset" to improve the mixability during manufacturing and compaction during pavement. There are cases where the manufacturing temperature is lowered by about 30°C with the same workability as normal (medium temperature), and there is a case where a mixture with high workability is used without lowering the manufacturing temperature (improved workability).

Features

1. Energy saving (moderate temperature): Lowering the manufacturing temperature can reduce the consumption of fossil fuels.
2. CO₂ Reduction of emissions (moderate temperature): Reduce CO₂ emissions by reducing the amount of fossil fuels used。
3. Ensuring quality (improving workability): Workability and compaction are improved. In addition, even if the mixture temperature drops, the workability is the same as normal, so the time that can be paved and the distance that can be transported are extended.

Usage

• Moderate temperature: Pavement work that requires environmental consideration, traffic control work that requires early opening, color pavement work that is concerned about discoloration due to heat deterioration
• Improvement of workability: Construction work in cold seasons and remote areas where temperature drop of the mixture is a concern, special mixture that requires high workability, and construction work by manual labor
