3. About Team NIPPO

1. ①Since its establishment in 1985 as Nippon Hodo Racing Team, Team NIPPO has competed in road races in Europe, Japan, and Asia as a UCI Continental Team until 2014.
2. ② Since 2015, the team as UCI Professional Continental Team, has been actively supporting the development of talented Japanese riders and team staff, including coaches, mechanics, and sports massage therapists.
3. ③Since 2021, we have been working continuously on supporting the development of Japanese riders and team staff members, employing a two-team structure consisting of a UCI World Team and a UCI Continental Team.
4. ④In 2024, Yuhi Todome will join in World Team. Furthermore, four riders; Takami Uchida, Yugi Tsuda, Jo Hashikawa, and Seiya Iwata will join in our club team aiming at strengthening young Japanese riders under age of 23. Additionally, three more players will join after April, bringing the total to seven riders. We will also continue to support our team staff.
