Improved safety and paving accuracy
Overview
This system automatically controls the pavement height on bridge deck slabs by using magnetic fields generated by weak electrical currents. With no need to install string lines to control an asphalt paver, it is possible to improve safety, carry out high-precision paving work, rationalize the work that is performed, and make labor-saving decisions.
Features
- Safety: There is no risk that a cutting accident will be caused since the feeder wire for electromagnetic induction does not need to be tensioned as strongly as string lines.
- Precision of paving work: Since the feeder wire is directly affixed to the surface of the railing wall in alignment with the reference line, the precision of the paving work is improved.
- Versatility: With no jig being required for each railing, it can be applied to all railing walls.
- Installation conditions: Since the top edge of railings is not used, it can be installed even in the presence of a fence or other structure.
Uses
- Bridge surface pavement work
