Overview

Used waste PET is transformed into an asphalt modifier as a new type of material. REPET PAVE is a highly durable asphalt pavement that the mixture’s durability is significantly improved thanks to the addition of an asphalt modifier during the mixture production process.

Features

1. Contributes to the recycling of PET bottles and other such products.
2. More durable than normal modified asphalt concrete.
3. Stationary-steering resistance is superior to that of the pavement using modified asphalt type II, thereby extending the life of the pavement.
4. The working process is shorter than that required for semi-rigid pavements.
5. Oil resistance to the leakage of oil from vehicles is equivalent to that of semi-rigid pavements.

INFOMATION

There are two types of REPET PAVE: Highly durable type and Environmentally friendly type.

Resin derived from waste PET (bottles) is equivalent to 500 mL waste PET (bottles), the Highly durable type is approximately 1,430 bottles (approximately 50 kg), and the Environmentally friendly type is approximately 715 (approximately 25 kg) to approximately 1,430 bottles (approximately 50 kg)) can be recycled (per 100 m2 of paving area, 5 cm of thickness).
