Overview

This modified gussasphalt mixture delivers improved performance over conventional gussasphalt mixtures. This mixture combines excellent flow resistance and flexure-tracking properties with reduced amounts of generated odor characteristics of conventional gussasphalt.

Features

  1. Superior flow resistance and flexure-tracking properties compared to conventional gussasphalt mixtures.
  2. Reduced amounts of odor generated compared to conventional gussasphalt mixtures.
  3. The mixture temperature is around 200°C, which is approximately 40°C less than conventional gussasphalt mixtures.

Uses

  • Base layers (leveling layers) of steel deck slab pavement, especially on roads with medium or higher traffic volume
  • Base layers (leveling layers) of steel deck slab pavement, especially in dense residential areas
Paving SMART GUSSASPHALT
Production process 1) Mix at the plant.
Production process 2) Load the mixed material into asphalt cooker truck
Production process 3) Mix in the asphalt cooker for at least 30 minutes.
