Overview

This is a method by which a thin layer of pavement is laid with a split (stone) mastic asphalt (SMA) that includes special additives designed to improve crack resistance and workability. It is highly effective in inhibiting reflection cracking. The thin-layer approach to construction work makes it possible to economically lay down pavement.

Features

1. Reflection cracking can be inhibited.
2. Because of a special asphalt mixture of which Max. aggregate size is 5mm, this product can be applied as a thin-layer overlay or stress-relief layer. Excellent fatigue resistance and economic efficiency make it possible to reduce life-cycle costs.
3. Can be applied with a typical paving mechaines.
